IEEPA Duties - Reciprocal Tariffs

What Are IEEPA Tariffs?

On April 2, 2025, the President invoked the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose "reciprocal tariffs" on nearly every country in the world. The baseline tariff rate is 10%, but additional duties apply to specific trade partners based on the level of market access and reciprocity provided to U.S. exports.

These tariffs are meant to counteract "unfair" trade practices and incentivize balanced trade relationships. Below is a full list of countries and their duty percentages, Any country not listed below has a 10% base rate, with the exceptions of Mexico and Canada, which have a 25% rate for non-USMCA goods and 0% for USMCA qualifying goods.
